Game Room Furniture Guide

Begin the Tour

Hundreds of options exist for you when considering what furniture to put in your game room. Don't let the all these choices intimidate you. Below we've compiled a guide to game room furniture. Hopefully, it will eliminate any questions you have about the furniture you intend for your room and make the process less stressful.

Home bars

A very popular option for many game rooms is the addition of a home bar. Most home bars are relatively small in size, making it easy to find space for one in your game room. Generally, there are three types of home bar. One style is the stand alone martini bar. Another style is the more traditional hardwood bar with stools and plenty of counter space. The last style found in game rooms is the cabinet style bar. Whatever style bar you choose, it's sure to be a hit.

Seating

Seating is a must for your game room, but choosing the right seating options can be tricky because of space restrictions. The best option for a game room is the bar stool. The bar stool is light and mobile, allowing people to sit where they want without getting in the way.

Spectator benches are similar to bar stools, but lack the mobility of a stool. These benches are great for seating around a billiard table. Recliners are another great option for game rooms. They may take up a little more space than bar stools, but they are leaps and bounds more comfortable.

Tables

An excellent addition to any game room is a pub table. Pub tables stand about waist high and offer a variety of options. Food and other condiments can be served on these tables just as easy as certain games can be played on them. Put this table in the corner or against a wall with a couple of stools and make a nice station for just about anything.
